Textured Push Plates

In the early weeks of a beginners course, I teach slab building push plates. We roll out slabs, cut a premade template for a corresponding handmade push plate (we have in studio), and then I talk about options to add texture. Later in the session I use these plates as an opportunity to teach inlay / texture washes, and which glazes are good for breaking on texture.
