Still Life

In my ceramic installation Still Life, I take a playful yet conceptual approach to challenge the traditional idea of a still life. Based on a lack of interest in realism and conventional 2D painting, I turns to the three-dimensional, creating vases and a pear entirely out of clay. With a limited palette of three glazes, I reimagine the still life setup in a way that reflects my unique art practice, where simplicity and humor intersect with a deliberate break from tradition. The work serves as both a critique and celebration of still life, transforming it into something personal and sculpturally inventive.
